So much for tree-ripened peaches

I was trying so hard to be patient, but no such luck with the squirrels. This morning, I looked out and saw only two peaches left. And it wasn’t the wind that did it.

Still impatient

Garden buddies

Just enjoying the springlike activity in the garden, not just the snowdrops multiplying and spreading, but the trees and bushes budding out.

First fruits

Here’s the first batch of daffodils cut. They’re now on my desk, exuding so much soapy scent, I’m sneezing.
And my fruit trees arrived!
